CoDAteen – Helping Teens Grow in Recovery!
Calling All Adults in Recovery — Teenagers Need YOU!
The CoDAteen Committee invites adults in recovery to help bring CoDA’s message of hope to teenagers.
By sharing your experience, strength, and hope, you can help young people develop healthy relationships and self-esteem through the principles of recovery.
What Is CoDAteen?
CoDAteen offers meetings and materials designed especially for teens aged 12–18. These meetings are safe spaces where teens can explore boundaries, communication, and self-worth — all through the lens of recovery.
How Adults Can Help
If you have at least three years of CoDA recovery, you can volunteer to:
- Help start or support a CoDAteen meeting
- Mentor or sponsor teens in recovery
- Share your story or help guide meeting discussions
Why It Matters
When adults model recovery tools and compassion, teens learn that they, too, can heal and grow.
You’ll find that serving CoDAteen can also deepen your own recovery journey.
